What does your vacate cleaning include?
Our vacate cleaning covers every area of your property: kitchen (oven, stovetop, rangehood, cupboards, benchtops, splashback, sink), bathrooms (toilet, shower, bathtub, vanity, mirrors, tiles, grout), bedrooms (wardrobes, dusting, vacuuming), living areas (dusting, mopping, window sills, skirting boards), laundry, garage, and all common areas. We follow a 100+ point checklist approved by Perth real estate agents.
How long does a vacate clean take?
The duration depends on property size and condition. Typically: 1-2 bedroom apartments take 3-5 hours, 3 bedroom houses take 5-7 hours, and 4+ bedroom houses take 6-8+ hours. We send a team of 2-3 professional cleaners to work efficiently.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No, you don't need to be present. You can leave keys with us or arrange access through your property manager. We're fully insured and all team members are police-cleared. We'll lock up securely when finished.
What if I need the clean done urgently?
We offer same-day and next-day bookings subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule. We understand that move-out timelines can be tight.
Bond & Guarantee
Do you guarantee I'll get my bond back?
Yes! We offer a 100% Bond Back Guarantee. If your property manager identifies any cleaning issues during the final inspection, we will return within 72 hours and re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
What happens if the property manager isn't satisfied?
Simply contact us within 72 hours of your final inspection with the specific issues identified by your property manager. We'll schedule a re-clean at no extra charge to address those areas. We want you to get your full bond back.
Does the guarantee cover everything?
Our guarantee covers all cleaning items included in our service. It does not cover pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not included in the original cleaning scope (such as external window cleaning if not booked).
Pricing & Payment
How much does vacate cleaning cost in Perth?
Our vacate cleaning starts from $249 for a 1-bedroom apartment. A 2-bedroom is $299, 3-bedroom is $399, 4-bedroom is $499, and 5+ bedrooms from $599. All prices include GST and our Bond Back Guarantee. Additional services like carpet steam cleaning are available as add-ons.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We provide transparent, fixed pricing based on your property size. The price we quote is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or surprise extras.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and PayPal. Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service.
Do you offer discounts for bundled services?
Yes! We offer discounted rates when you bundle vacate cleaning with carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning, or other add-on services. Contact us for a combined quote.

How do I book a vacate clean?

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Do you work on weekends and public holidays?
Yes! We're available 7 days a week, including public holidays. We understand that move-out dates don't always fall on weekdays.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
No, we bring everything — all cleaning products, equipment, and supplies are included in our service. You don't need to provide anything.

Yes, we use commercial-grade equipment including industrial vacuums, steam cleaners, professional carpet cleaning machines, and specialised tools for oven cleaning, grout cleaning, and more.
